Delete your JobRhino account

JobRhino is made by JobRhino LLC. You can delete your JobRhino account yourself, right in the app. It takes about a minute.

Delete it in the app
Step 1Open the JobRhino app on your phone and sign in.
Step 2Tap Account at the bottom of the screen. On the Sales side, tap More, then Account and settings.
Step 3Tap Delete my account. Read what will happen, then confirm.
What is deleted
Sign-inYour username, email address and password stop working right away, on every phone and computer. Nobody can sign in with them again. If you are your company's only owner, this happens after 90 days instead (see below).
YouYour name, your two-step sign-in codes, your phone alerts, your email sign-off and any calendar you connected are removed.
What is kept
WorkThe jobs, proposals, invoices and notes you worked on belong to the company you worked for. They stay with that company. Where JobRhino shows who did the work, it shows Former team member.
WordsNotes, history and emails written before you deleted your account keep their words. Some can still show your name.
SecurityJobRhino keeps a record of sign-ins and of the deletion, to keep accounts safe: the time, a scrambled network address and the kind of phone or browser.
If you are your company's only owner
NowDeleting your account starts closing your company's JobRhino account. Texts and emails to customers stop, and you are signed out.
30 daysFor 30 days, you can sign in on the web at app.jobrhino.pro/account/data to download a copy of your company's records.
90 daysAfter 90 days, your company's customer names, addresses, messages and files are deleted. Your own sign-in and personal details are deleted then too, and your team can no longer sign in to your company.
BillingIf you pay for JobRhino, your plan stops at the end of the time you already paid for, and that time is not refunded. If you text customers through JobRhino, texting stops too, but its charges may not end right away.
Keep itTo keep your company running without you, make someone else an Owner first. Then deleting your account removes only you.
No app?
EmailEmail chase@jobrhino.pro from the email address on your account. Tell us your Company ID and ask us to delete your account. We will reply by email.
