JobRhino Acceptable Use Policy

JobRhino Acceptable Use Policy This policy says what your company and your team may not do with JobRhino. It applies to everyone who signs in for your company. Your company's Owner is responsible for making sure the team follows it. 1. Follow the law. Do not use JobRhino to break any law, including laws about texting, calling, email, privacy and how you treat your customers. 2. Only message people who agreed to hear from you. Send texts and emails through JobRhino only to people who gave your company permission to contact them. Stop when they ask you to stop. Do not send mass ads, chain messages, or messages that hide who is sending them. 3. Use customer information only for your work. Enter only information your company has a right to use. Use your customers' information only to do business with them. Do not sell it, and do not share it with anyone who does not need it for the work. 4. Keep your sign-in to yourself. Each person uses their own sign-in. Do not share passwords or sign-in codes. If you think someone else got into your account, tell your Owner and write to chase@jobrhino.pro right away. 5. Do not harm JobRhino or other companies. Do not: - try to get into another company's records, or into parts of JobRhino your seat cannot open; - test JobRhino's security, scan it, or get around its limits without our written OK; - upload viruses or other harmful files; - overload JobRhino, or use scripts or bots to pull large amounts of information out of it; - copy, resell or rent JobRhino to anyone else. 6. Be honest and respectful. Do not use JobRhino to pretend to be someone else, to mislead a customer, or to harass or threaten anyone. 7. Upload only what you may use. Upload only photos, documents and logos your company owns or has permission to use. If someone shows us that an upload copies their work, we may remove it, and we will tell your company's Owner. A person or company that keeps uploading other people's work loses access. Section 9 of the Terms of Service explains how to report a copy. 8. Read what the assistant writes. JobRhino's assistant drafts words and suggests next steps. A person on your team reads it and decides before anything is sent or saved. Do not use the assistant to write anything this policy does not allow. 9. If this policy is broken. JobRhino may pause a person's sign-in, a feature such as texting, or a company's account to stop harm, and will tell the company's Owner why. Serious or repeated problems can end the account. Your company's information is then handled the way the Privacy Policy says. 10. Questions and reports. To report misuse or ask about this policy, write to chase@jobrhino.pro. When this policy changes, JobRhino publishes the change as a new version at this address.
